Follow the do’s and don’ts and make full inspection of the size(as per technical report), fabric(both front and back sides), strength, sewing, accessories, hangtags, wash marks, and record details
Commodity management team of the company make sampling inspections of those “eligible’s” and record the results of the re-check. If the goods defects are found to exceed 3% , the whole lot of the goods will be returned to the return-goods team for a re-check.
Make a full needle detection of the whole lot of goods and record the particulars of the detection. Re-check the Article Nos., specifications, quantity, colors, sizes, and hangtags.
Re-check the Article Nos., specifications, quantity, colors, sizes, and hangtags and pack the goods founded eligible by the needle detection as per the packing clause of the contract. Record the particulars of packing
Check the Article Nos., specifications, quantity, colors, sizes, and hangtags again, and record the details of delivery.
